Foundational AI & Machine Learning Research with High Value Contacts

Our team worked with the UX research team at Google Cloud to design, recruit, interview, analyze and report on research findings that provided foundational insight into the artificial intelligence and machine learning space.  We built a custom recruiting list and interviewed numerous senior data scientists, CTOs and decision makers from a range of enterprise-level organizations. Google Cloud used our research report to disseminate findings and insights to aid their product design and marketing teams in developing and communicating the value of their AI/ML products.

The Client

Google Cloud is a leading cloud platform for artificial intelligence and machine learning tools that helps companies run a range of cloud computing applications including speech recognition, translation, image processing, business intelligence and data analysis.

The Challenge

Google Cloud approached Curvejumping to design and implement critical foundational research on artificial intelligence & machine learning with hard to reach data scientists and decision makers at enterprise level companies working in financial services, healthcare, media and more.  

The Solution

Curvejumping recruited a custom list of research participants and designed the research approach, interviewed, analyzed and summarized findings in a widely shared report.  The report was disseminated throughout Google Cloud and used to align teams around future AI/ML product and marketing needs and opportunities to improve the customer experience.
